problems, or compliments, please contact us by filling and submitting the following form.
Before writing us, please note that:
- We try to answer all of your questions, but due to the increasing number of messages we receive, we reserve the right not reply to some. Suggestions and bug reports are taken into serious consideration even when no reply is sent.
- Messages that are ignored are the ones containing advertisements or deals, asking for a free or a lost key, containing foul language, and such.
- We can not re-send you a lost key after the first week and we apologize for the inconvenience. It is your responsibility to keep safely a printout of your software purchase email.
